Public realm upgrade

Over the early part of summer Sevenoaks have had a makeover.  82 items such as lamp posts, belisha beacons and traffic signs have been painted, along with about 50 bollards.  Road markings have been refreshed and some new bins have been installed.  Some of the worn out blue and white street name signs have seen a lick of paint too.
